★ PROTEAN II xi 多板电泳槽参考Hochstrasser 等 的双向方法（1988），配有精致冷却装备，能与双向转换组合套件（2-D conversion kit）配套， 产生稳定、优化的双向分离效果。

★ 2 个涂有绝缘材料的铝制冷却管和3 个冷却芯， 提供高功率双向电泳所需的高效冷却

★ 高功率电泳能提供快速的第二向分离，蛋白扩散 更少，蛋白点更清晰

★ 冷却系统需接一个冷却循环水浴，并在4°C 下操 作会产生更好的效果

您可以自行配置适合您应用的PROTEAN II xi 多板电泳槽系统。从基础的PROTEAN II xi 多板电泳槽开始，你可以选择适合您应用的凝胶长度、电泳梳、玻板类型和冷却系统。您也可以把PROTEAN II xi 多板电泳槽转换成能容纳17cm 和18cm IPG 胶条的宽规格PROTEAN II XL 多板电泳槽。Bio-Rad 提供适于PROTEAN II xi 和PROTEAN II XL多板电泳槽的PROTEAN II Ready Gel 板式预制胶，可以简便地进行第二向双向电泳和SDS-PAGE 电泳。
